Haneda Airport to Tokyo: choose your arrival route

Start with your terminal and your hotel’s nearest station, then compare rail and direct buses. The final walk matters as much as the train ride.

Choose for your trip

Shinagawa and the west side

Compare Keikyu to Shinagawa, then a connecting JR service if needed. For Shinjuku or Shibuya, compare the whole transfer with a bus stopping near your hotel.

Hamamatsucho and central Tokyo

Compare the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho and onward JR connections. Check the lift route and the correct hotel-side exit before committing.

Asakusa and Higashi-ginza

Some Keikyu services run through to the Toei Asakusa Line. Check the individual train’s destination; not every departure serves your station without a change.

Before you travel

Terminal first

Keikyu uses Terminal 1·2 and Terminal 3 stations. The monorail has separate stations for all three terminals. Match your flight to the station, especially on the return trip.

Late arrival or large bags

Allow for immigration, baggage and the walk to transport before checking the last departure. If it is too tight, compare an airport-area stay or an official taxi. For a bus, check the actual stop, baggage rules and reservation conditions.
